Thein Myint Khine is founder and CEO of Myanmar Internet Exchange (MMIX). Prior to his current role, U Aung served as the CTO of Myanmar Connect from 2008-2014, where he oversaw the deployment of the country's first nationwide fiber-optic backbone. His technical expertise in peering architectures and internet exchange operations has been instrumental in establishing MMIX as a regional hub. Thein Myint Khine is founder and CEO of Myanmar Internet Exchange (MMIX). Khine is an Industrial Advisor and she has over 20 years of professional experience in IT field. She joined the field in 1994 since after she achieved Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering. As of November 2000, she earned the IT Professional Certificates of Microsoft & Cisco. In 2013, she achieved CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert). Based on more than 15 Years' Experience in Internet Service Providers Environment, Khine could coordinate Industrial friends and set up the first Myanmar Internet Exchange.
